Asia-Pacific Optical Sensors Conference 2013 (APOS2013) will be held in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, from October 15 to 18, 2013. The Conference is organized by Wuhan University of Technology and is the fourth in the series of its history. The conference is the region’s key forum for reporting the latest progress in optical and photonic sensing technologies. It is the
